Through this Website, the public has access to information regarding offenders who are registered pursuant to the Title 7, Chapter 3, Sex Offender Registration and Notification Law of Tohono O'odham Nation; The Adam Walsh Child Protection Act of 2006; and the requirement of the U.S. Attorney General's Office.
Information accessed or obtained through this Website might not reflect current residences, employment, school attendance, or other information regarding such individuals. Consequently, users are forewarned that it is incumbent upon them to verify any and all information. The TOPD Registration Office accepts tips and questions about offenders by selecting the "Contact Us" tab or the "submit a tip" tab when in an offender's page.
Any user seeking additional information or verification or who believes that information contained in the Registry is not accurate should contact the LAW enforcement Services Department’s Sex Offender Registration Program at 520-383-6422 OR USE the “contact us tab” when in the website and make a report of any known discrepancies.
Anyone using information contained in or accessed through this Website to threaten, intimidate, or harass any individual, including registrants or family members, or who otherwise misuse this information will be subject to criminal prosecution and/or civil liability.
